In a shocking development, a man playing the character of Lord Hanuman in a Ramleela died of a heart attack in the middle of the performance. The shocking incident took place in Haryana's Bhiwani on January 22 when Pran Pratishtha Event was going on in Ayodhya. The man has been identified as Harish Mehta, and he collapsed in the middle of his performance. The Ramleela was organised to celebrate the grand inauguration of the grand Ram Temple in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya. Now, Haryana man heartattack video is going viral on social media and netizens are in shock with the way the situation was handled.

In the viral Lord Hanuman heart attack video, Harish Mehta can be seen dancing dressed as Lord Hanuman at a local event at the Jawahar Chowk area in Bhiwani when he suddenly fell on the ground. After he collapsed, no one came to his rescue as people confused it as a part of the act. It was after a minute people realised that Mehta was unresponsive. The video also showcases, a man playing Lord Ram went to check on him first. While other people present there continued to clap assuming it was part of the act. Man playing Lord Ram then says, "Utho Hanuman Ji (Wake up Hanuman Ji)". Another man unaware of the situation stated "See Hanuman ji is too devotional that he has offered himself to Lord Ram."Listening to this, people watching the act started chanting Jai Shree Ram.

However, when Mehta did not wake up, he was taken to a nearby hospital where the doctors declared him ‘brought dead’. Harish Mehta, performing as Lord Hanuman, had retired from the post of Junior Engineer in the electricity department and had been playing the role of Hanuman for the past 25 years.
