In a bizarre development, Hollywood's veteran screenwriter Herschel Weingrod on Thursday came under the scanner of social media after two YouTubers allegedly caught him dating a minor girl. The two YouTubers Vitaly and Bradley Martin are known for catching people doing illegal acts in real life and making content out of it. Recently, the YouTubers caught a man resembling Herschel Weingrod on a date with a girl.
When one of the YouTubers confronted Herschel Weingrod, the Space Jam writer said that he met the girl through a dating app. On being whether he knew the girl's age, Herschel Weingrod replied that she said she is 23. However, when the YouTuber asked the girl her age, she stated that she was 15. Interestingly, on being asked the name Herschel Weingrod said that his name is Boris.
After the verbal encounter, Weingrod attempted to leave, but Vitaly and Bradley relentlessly pursued him. They even go as far as using pink and blue gunpowder cannons in their chase. Seeking refuge in a nearby building, Weingrod manages to evade the YouTubers with the help of a security guard who bars their entry.
Born on October 30, 1947, Herschel Weingrod is a highly respected figure in Hollywood, renowned for his contributions to hit films such as 'Trading Places', 'Twins', 'Kindergarten Cop', and 'Space Jam', which he co-wrote with Timothy Harris.
