The upcoming film by Diljit Dosanjh has been dogged by controversies for the past few months. The film was given an "A" grade with 21 edits by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Producer Ronnie Screwvala has petitioned the Bombay High Court after the makers took issue with that and challenged the CBFC's ruling in court. Despite all of that, the movie now has a new name. The movie's original title was "Ghallughara," however it has since been changed to "Punjab '95."

Punjab '95, directed by Honey Trehan, is produced by Ronnie Screwvala in collaboration with Macguffin Pictures.
