Urvashi Rautela, a Bollywood actress, took to Instagram on Monday to explain one of the many secrets to her perfect skin. The actress revealed in a photo on social media that a mud bath helps her relax and that it also aids in her achieving the radiant, beautiful complexion that her fans adore.

Urvashi Rautela posed beautifully seated on a bench, enjoying in the sun, in a snapshot she uploaded on Instagram, covered in mud from head to toe.

Urvashi wrote in the caption that the mineral-rich mud she used was 'therapeutic' and 'good for skin.'  She also added that it helps "detoxify and draw out impurities, soften skin, improve circulation, and ease aches and pains."


Urvashi put as the caption to the mud-splattered pic that has gone viral on the internet,  "MY FAV MUD BATH SPA / MUD THERAPY Cleopatra was an early lover of a mud bath, while modern fans include me. Enjoying the red mud of a Balearic beach. It's said to have been used as a mirror by Venus, the Roman goddess of love. Its mineral-rich mud is considered therapeutic and good for the skin. Mud really can be a muddy marvel. Covered in healing mud therapeutic Mud Baths are still heralded today for their ability to detoxify and draw out impurities, soften skin, improve circulation, and ease aches and pains."

In terms of work, Urvashi Rautela will make her Tamil debut in a big-budget sci-fi Tamil film in which she will play a microbiologist and an IITian. Later in the year, the actress will star in the bilingual thriller 'Black Rose,' as well as the Hindi remake of 'Thirutu Payale 2'.

Urvashi will also star alongside Randeep Hooda in Jio Studio's web series "Inspector Avinash," which is based on the real story of super police Avinash Mishra and Poonam Mishra. She's also preparing for her upcoming women-centric action film, which has yet to be named.
