Melbourne: India declared after scoring 443 runs for the loss of 7 wickets with 25 minutes still left in the day. Australian batsmen will now have to face this tricky period of batting and make sure they don't lose wickets.

Earlier in the day, Cheteshwar Pujara scored a hundred and the Indian Captain Virat Kohli got out after scoring 82. Rohit Sharma also scored an unbeaten 63 making good partnerships with Rahane and Pant.

Australians will have to be cautious chasing a 443 on board.
