Perth Test: Mohammad Shami was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up 6 wickets on the crucial day 4 of the ongoing test in Perth. Wreaking havoc on the Australian batsmen, he reduced the Aussies from 192 for 5 wickets to 207 for 9 wickets. The Indians were looking set for cleaning up the 'tail' but the pair of Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood added crucial 36 runs for their team.

With the pitch showing obvious signs of having something for the pacers and spinners, it is not going to be a cake walk for the Indian batsmen having their opening pair of KL Rahul and Murali Vijay in the poorest of the forms.  The inexperienced lower middle order may also find it difficult to face the Australian bowlers in what we can call the bowler friendly conditions.

However, Captain Virat Kohli will look to carry his team on his shoulders along with Pujara and Rahane. The upcoming session will, thus, be crucial for the result.
