Here are some of the talking points from IND vs WI match:

India gave big score as big as Mountaineer

India set a target of 317 runs to win the West Indies, beyond which the West Indies team could not stay anywhere. Indian bowlers showed a great game in the match. Sneha Roy took two wickets. At the same time, Pooja Vastrakar and Rajeshwari Gaikwad took 1-1 wickets. The Windies team could not stand in front of these bowlers and lost the match. Jhulan Goswami became the highest wicket-taker in the Women's World Cup with 40 wickets.

West Indies were blown up in the storm of Smriti-Harman

Centuries from opener Smriti Mandhana and vice-captain Harmanpreet Kaur helped India score 317 for eight against West Indies in the ICC Women's ODI World Cup, their highest score in the tournament's history.

Mandhana scored her fifth ODI century and scored 119 runs in 123 balls with the help of 13 fours and two sixes. At the same time, Harmanpreet added 109 runs in 107 balls with the help of 10 fours and two sixes. This is his fourth century and the first after scoring an unbeaten 171 against Australia in the World Cup 2017.

A great partnership between the two

Both shared 184 runs for the fourth wicket and took India past 200 runs. This is the highest partnership for any wicket for India in the Women's World Cup. Earlier, captain Mithali Raj had won the toss and decided to bat.

Bhatia scored 31 runs in 21 balls and added 49 runs in just 6.3 overs in the first wicket partnership.  After her dismissal, captain Mithali (five) and Deepti Sharma (15) were also dismissed early.

Mohammad Anisa took two wickets

For West Indies, Anisa Mohammad took two wickets for 59 runs while Haley Mathews, Shakira Salman, Deandra Dottin and Alia Allen got one wicket each. After this Mandhana and Kaur scored 100 runs in 20 overs to advance India's innings. India's 200 runs were completed in 35.4 overs.

Hundred for Harmanpreet Kaur -

She came in the 14th over, India was 78 for 3 and smashed 109 from 107 balls including 8 fours and 2 sixes in the Women's World Cup against West Indies. Harmanpreet Kaur has most hundreds by an Indian Woman in World Cup history.

However, Covid, injury, poor form, noises from outside to drop her but nothing mattered for Kaur on the big stage - she just kept quiet, does the business with bat and currently.
