India and China has ended their long stalemate at the endof this week as both the sides disengaged from Pangong Tso. Reportedly, boththe nations have completed disengagement on both banks of Pangong Tso lake inEastern Ladakh.
After verification and completion of jointly, both thecountries held 10th round of talks on Saturday. These military-level talkslasted for 16 hours, according to a report published in WION. Gogra Heights,Despang Plains and Hot Springs were discussed because these are anotherfriction points between China and India.
India has insisted on faster disengagement from otherfriction points in Ladakh region. The militaries of both the nations have beenstanding in a face off at these friction points. Both the nations are trying toavert any adverse situation that could harm the developmental prospects.
Lt Gen PGK Menon led the talks from India side. He is thecommander of the Leh-based 14 corps. While the Chinese side was led by Maj GenLiu Lin. He is the commander of South Xinjiang military district of PLA.
