BJP-infighting Infighting-BJP Rajnath-Singh-Unhappy
It seems like all is not well in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and reports of cracks & infighting have created a huge buzz in Indian politics. As per the Lokmat Times report, Defense Minister and Senior Leader Rajnath Singh is not happy with the BJP's top leadership and especially with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As per the report which quoted an anonymous Cabinet Minister, Rajnath Singh is not happy with the way Centre has been working, and the anger has soared after the announcement of Yogi Adityanath's cabinet in Uttar Pradesh.

The report states that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is not happy with PM Modi as the Centre is using the central investigation agencies like ED, Income Tax, and CBI against the Opposition. Not only this, but the Cabinet Minister has also stated that he has the power to take away 252 MPs and bring down the current Modi government. Furthermore, he has challenged the Prime Minister to remove him if had the guts to.

The report further suggests that Rajnath Singh's son, Pankaj Singh- a Uttar Pradesh MLA, was prevented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from becoming a minister in Yogi Adityanath cabinet.

Apart from Rajnath Singh's anger at the BJP's top leadership, the recent meeting between Sharad Pawar and Nitin Gadkari raised many eyebrows. Recently, NCP Supremo Sharad Pawar had hosted a dinner for several party leaders, parliamentarians from Maharashtra, including Union minister Nitin Gadkari. The dinner was called at a time when the ED had attached properties worth crores of Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut. Not only this, Sharad Pawar also met with PM Modi over the use of central agencies against the opposition leaders.

It is pertinent to mention here that Nitin Gadkari is one of the prominent leaders of the ruling BJP. His work as Union Transport Minister has been lauded by the opposition leaders, especially Sharad Pawar. Furthermore, the dispersed opposition is looking to unify itself keeping the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in 2024 and announce a strong candidate which can actually give a fight to the likes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, and more.
