Farmers leaders protesting against farm laws havethreatened the government that they will raise the price of milk. Farmers alsosaid that the rising prices of various items was a conspiracy of a governmentto put an end to the protest.

Reportedly, one of the heads of Bharatiya Kisan Union(BKU) stated that from March 1 farmers are going to increase the price of milkby Rs 50 per litre. Common people are fearing rise in price of milk to Rs 100per litre if the prices are actually increased.

One of the sources quoted by Dainik Jagran also said thatsince the farmers are surrounded by the government at Delhi, now Samyukta KisanMorcha (SKM) has decided to increase the price of milk.

As per reports, the farmers are allegedly of theviewpoint that if the government doesn't repeal the farm laws, they willincrease the price vegetables as well.

If such reports prove to be true, the scenario acrossIndia will exacerbate because rise in price will directly affect the disposableincome of people.
