Kapil Dev - Arvind Kejriwal: The photo of former Indian cricket team captain Kapil Dev meeting with Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has gone viral on social media. There are speculations that Kapil Dev may join AAP in the May 29 rally in Kurukshetra. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will also participate in this rally.

He used to play with the Haryana team. Kapil Dev was born in Chandigarh. He studied at DAV School Chandigarh but used to play cricket for the Haryana team. He played many excellent innings while playing Ranji for Haryana. Being from Chandigarh, the Aam Aadmi Party can field him in the coming assembly elections in 2024 by giving him a ticket from Panchkula.

Former hockey captain Sandeep Singh in BJP. At present, hockey player Sandeep Singh from Haryana is serving as Sports Minister in the BJP government, while Dangal Girl international wrestler Babita Phogat and wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt are also serving for the BJP. The  Aam Aadmi Party can start a campaign to connect the players with its party by including Kapil Dev in the party.  Till now no well-known sportsperson has joined Haryana AAP.  In Punjab, AAP has made former cricketer Harbhajan Singh a Rajya Sabha MP.

AAP Road map for Kurukshetra

After assuming power in Punjab, now the Aam Aadmi Party has increased its activities in Haryana. The party is involved in expanding its hold and strengthening the organization in the entire state. With the enthusiasm among the workers, Arvind Kejriwal is coming to Haryana on May 29 to sound the bugle for the 2024 assembly elections. He will do an election conch shell from Kurukshetra, the land of Mahabharata.

Not only will the state government remain the target of the Chief Minister of Delhi, but he will also not shy away from targeting the main opposition party Congress. BJP has also become active before Kejriwal's visit. BJP leaders have started verbal attacks on Kejriwal. 

Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Gupta has taken over the command of making the rally a success on behalf of AAP. He has been running public relations campaigns across the state. Daily, many decisions of the government are being criticized by AAP. Every day AAP asks questions to the government on issues like education, health, employment, crime, electricity etc.
