Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi just shared a post on Facebook, which hints that the Punjab government is planning something big. He has created a buzz that government is likely to announce a historical decision tomorrow at 4 pm.

The historic decision might be taken in favour of Punjab’s common man. Expectedly, the state government may grant 300 units of free electricity to the general public or may decrease electricity prices across the state. The government may also announce something in favour of industries and factories.
This announcement is likely to impact Punjab Elections 2022, directly. It is expected that the Code of Conduct would be implemented by the Election Commission at the end of November so, it would be a great move by the Congress party to attract the votes in the upcoming elections.
Therefore, all eyes are on the historic announcement by the Chief Minister of Punjab.
Besides, Punjab CM Charanjit Channi today visited Jalandhar and announced to waive off GST on Langar. He visited almost all Congress MLAs, Ministers and ex Ministers.
He said that the Punjab Government is committed for all-around
development of the city and would ensure continuous flow of the funds for
timely completion of the ongoing projects in the city.
Moreover, with elections just around the corner in state, and Punjab Congress still receiving flak over its internal crisis and Captain Vs Sidhu episode, it's high time CM Channi announce something big like free electricity or deliver justice in sacrilege case to win back the trust of people of Punjab, said a senior leader.
