In a pursuit to get justice for Sushant, advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari wrote top Mumbai Police to seal the flat of Sushant Singh Rajput where the actor died 'mysteriously'. Going by various videos and media reports Sushant's flat is not strictly sealed.
Ishakaran on Thursday informed on twitter that he has written a letter to Mumbai Police. He wrote, "Yesterday had written to Mumbai Police Commissioner on news reports that Sushant Singh Rajput flat is not Strictly sealed." & need to do it.
Coming live on his YouTube channel Ishkaran explained why he had written this letter to Mumbai Police and how it can affect Sushant's case. Ishkaran said as a scene of the crime it is mandatory that Police seal the place, however media reports have made him suspicious. Therefore as a precautionary measure, he has written a letter to Mumbai Police.
Ishkaran demanded Mumbai Police to issue a public statement on the reports that are floating around that the place of death of Sushant was not sealed. Giving the famous example of Sunanda Pushkar's mysterious death, he explained how Police didn't file FIR in 2014 but filed an FIR in 2015. The FIR was filed one year after Sunanda's mysterious death. The hotel room in which Sunanda died, that particular room was sealed for more than 3 and a half years.
Ishkaran said he has written three requests in his letter to Mumbai Police.
The first request to Mumbai Police was to 'strictly' seal the flat of late Sushant Singh Rajput. The second one he asked if sealed keep the flat sealed till the investigation concludes. Issue a press conference to drive out the anxiety of public related to Sushant Singh Rajput.
