The Income Tax department-initiated raids at the residences of prophets of churches. These prophets are involved in changing the religions of people. Reportedly, the Income Tax raids took place in Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Amritsar and Mohali.
The sources have revealed that raids are being conducted by Income Tax department at the houses of Prof. Bajinder Singh while the name of another prophet remains unknown. Bajinder Singh's house in Mohali and the house of a church prophet in Amritsar have also been raided. The paramilitary force has been deployed outside their residences.
