Shocking incident has come to the fore in which another incident of hater crime against Indians has been reported. A youth who has gone to Italy to earn a livelihood was stabbed to death. Reportedly, the deceased was stabbed by 2 people from the Punjabi community.
According to the information that has been received till now, the deceased belongs to the Jalandhar district of Punjab. He has been identified as Satwant Singh, a 27-year-old youth from Kala Bakra Village of Bhogpur Block. Other information received about the family is that Satwant Singh lost his father in a car accident after which he went to Italy to support his family who now has been stabbed to death over a very small matter.
Harparit Singh, brother of deceased while informing about the incident stated that Satwant was taking rest in his house as he was not well. Two persons from the same community were making a lot of noise beside his house. It was when Satwant went to stop them, the spat turned into a heated document. As he was returning to his house, the accused stabbed him in the back.
The sources have revealed that the cremation of Satwant will be carried out by his mother Charanjit Kaur. The Italian Police have lodged a complaint and the two accused have been arrested.
