In an outrageous incident, a group of robbers looted nearly about 9 Lakh Rupees from Kotak Mahindra Bank in Jalandhar’s Hazara village.
The incident took place earlier this evening at 5 PM, a time when usually there is no rush, and the employees remain engaged in wrapping the entire day’s account.
The robbers were armed when they barged inside the bank along with taking the cash they fired, however, fortunately, no one was injured. The case has been reported to the local police who have launched an investigation into the matter.
