Spine Chilling crime took place in an area of Jalandhar where a father kept raping his daughter several times. His daughter even gave birth to a baby who was later tried to be killed by the father.
At around midnight, hustle and bustle was created in the basti when a father tried to throw his daughter’s child into a canal. As soon as he was caught by the people around, the child was taken to the hospital, but the doctors declared the child dead. This incident has left every person stunned.
Later, when the culprit was handed over to the police, he revealed that the child belongs to her daughter and he is the father of that child as he has been raping his daughter for quite some time. The girl is just 14 years old.
When the girl was questioned why she did not tell this anyone, she said that the father threatened that if she tells anything to her mother, he will kill both of them.
The mother of the girl herself admitted that the accused is a drug addict, as soon as she got to know what all has happened with her daughter, the mother requested the initiation of strict action by the Police against her husband.
The police have informed that the accused who tends to be the girl’s father has been rounded up and further action will be taken after the victim’s official statement.
SHO number 4 of Jalandhar Police Station, Kamaljit said that to protect the accused from being attacked by the people gathered outside, the police have to round him up and take him to the hospital.
The condition of the victim is critical for the time being.
This incident somewhere or the other points to the thing that people are now left with no empathy towards anyone. It is shocking and blood-curdling to see how cruel people have become.
