Every time any news related to road accidents comes to the fore leaves a very deep impression on the people who have been through it and also on those who have lost their loved ones in the same. Another incident has taken place in a district of Jammu Kashmir which has left everyone shocked.
Heart-wrenching news of a major accident is surging up from Jammu Kashmir’s Poonch. According to the sources around 9 people have lost their lives while 27 passengers have sustained injury due to the accident.
Reportedly, a minibus carrying 36 passengers was on its way to reaching Poonch when it met with a serious accident in the border belt of Sawjian.
The rescue operation by the Army, Local Police and also the native of the place is still going on and all the injured people have been evacuated and sent to the nearest Mandi Hospital for treatment.
Hearing about this tragic incident all the leaders of the country expressed their grief about what all has happened. Also, the Lt. Governor of Jammu Kashmir has announced ex gratia of Rs. 5 lakhs each to the family members of the deceased. He along with this has directed the hospital authorities to provide all the injured with the best treatment possible.
