Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's much-awaited movie of the year Jawan's trailer was finally released on August 31, 2023, and in no time it became the talking point among fans on social media. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone (who has a special appearance in the film), Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani, Jawan's Trailer is being loved by not only fans but also critics on social media. In fact, critics and fans believe that Jawan has the potential to break box office records of Pathaan as well as Gadar 2. Notably, Jawan's trailer has also outlined Alia Bhatt's link in Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming movie. Yes! you heard it right. Although there is no confirmation whether Alia Bhatt will be making a special appearance in the movie, Shah Rukh Khan in one of the scenes of Jawan's trailer has mentioned the name of actress.
If you watch Jawan's trailer carefully, 'bald' Shah Rukh Khan who apparently hijacks a metro or a flight tells 'cop' Nayanthara his more demands. Nayanthara asks SRK what else he wants, Shah Rukh answers 'Alia Bhatt'. Although whether Shah Rukh Khan's negative character indeed wanted Alia Bhatt or said it in a joking way this can only be revealed once the movie gets released in theaters on September 7, 2023.
Jawan's Trailer
The movie is directed by Atlee and is produced by Gauri Khan who is the wife of 'King' Khan. Going by the trailer, Shah Rukh Khan seems to be portraying multiple characters and one of them is a soldier who goes rogue in order to seek revenge and ultimately justice for his father. Nayanthara can be seen playing the character of a cop assigned to nab 'bald' Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh Khan is facing off against South Superstar Vijay Sethupati. The trailer suggests Vijay plays the character of an arms dealer. SRK is on a mission to take down Vijay at any cost.
Notably, whether Vijay is the ultimate villain or SRK, this is what the makers have kept under wraps. Shah Rukh Khan's dialogue 'mai jab villain banta hun...' portrays that the 'Badshah of Bollywood' will don a negative character which will ultimately turn into the protagonist of the movie.
