Suoer30 actress wrote, “I have tested positive for COVID-19.As of today, I have mild symptoms but I'm feeling ok and have isolated myself.I am following the protocol given by my doctor and health professionals."She added in her statement, "If you have been in contact with me, requestyou to please, please get tested immediately. Stay safe everyone."
Mrunal Thakur’s Jersey released date has been postponed foran indefinite period. Last week the makers of the film stated, “In view of thecurrent circumstances and new Covid guidelines we have decided to postpone thetheatrical release of our film 'Jersey'. We have received immense love from youall so far and want to thank you all for everything. Until then everyone pleasestay safe and healthy, and wishing you all the best for the new year ahead!!"
The film that was supposed to be released on December 31,tells the story of a middle-aged cricketer, who gets back into the game for thelove of his son. In addition to Shahid, the film directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri also stars Mrunal Thakur and is a remake of a 2019 Telugu film of the samename.
Mrunal made her Bollywood debut with the 2018 film LoveSonia, before getting noticed in Super 30 and Toofan. Before her entry into Bollywood, she had worked in a couple of Marathi films apart from several mainstreamsTV shows, most notably Kumkum Bhagya.
