The BTS Star J Hope’s documentary on his first-ever solo album is all set to release on OTT this week. The BTS star’s documentary ‘J-Hope in the Box’ talks about struggles he went to while embarking his career alone post the BTS military enlistment announcement. The documentary will feature J-Hope narrating his own life from separation of BTS army to his Lollapalooza music festival 2022 performance.
The journey to record J-hope’s first solo album has been very well documented in the upcoming series J-Hope in the box. Talking about the release date, J-Hope in the Box is all set to release on 17th February 2023 exclusively on Disney Plus Hotstar. The documentary will get streamed globally. J-Hope in the Box highlights BTS star’s struggle to record and launch his album and also gives glimpses inside his Lollapalooza performance. J-Hope became the first Korean artist to headline the festival.
Talking about the storyline of documentary, J-Hope in the Box starts with star saying that everyone knows BTS really well but no one knows how BTS’s J Hope makes music. The documentary then moves forward showing the rapper writing lyrics of his song, deciding the steps and many other things. It also gives a glimpse inside what all difficulties J-Hope had to go through during Lollapalooza music festival 2022 as it was the first time, he was performing alone without his BTS family.
BTS some time back got separated and started focussing on their solo careers. While Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin and J-hope has already released their solo album, Jungkook, Taehyung, Jimin, and Suga are yet to release their single albums.
