Bollywood diva Kangana Ranaut has expressed her anger and grief over the demise of a Kashmiri Pandit Ajay Pandita, a sarpanch, who was shot dead by terrorists in Anantnag on Monday.
Kangana shared a video on her official Instagram fan-page handle, in which she can be seen denouncing the attack on the man and the Kashmiri Pandit community. The actress also called out the Bollywood industry and other liberals for 'selective secularism.'
Kangana said that various Bollywood celebrities and self-proclaimed intellectuals are seen carrying placards or candles over various socio-political reforms to attain international publicity.
"Their humanity only emerges when it is backed by a Jihadi agenda but when it comes to ensuring justice for others, they maintain complete silence", said Kangana.
She also slammed Bollywood celebrities who “teach secularism to Hindus” by citing the harmonious and inclusive nature of Hinduism and asserted that secularism vanishes in the absence of Hinduism.

She also urged PM Modi to take take stern action against the incident. In the video, the Queen actress is seen holding a placard in her hand that reads, “I Am Hindustan, I am Ashamed. Justice for Ajay Pandita. Murder in Anantnag. Jammu and Kashmir.”
"Kashmiri Pandits should be sent back to the state. Their land should be rightfully be handed over. Justice should be served and Ajay Pandita's sacrifice shouldn't go waste", Kangana Ranaut can be heard saying in the video.
