Katrina Kaif recently unveiled the poster of her upcoming film Merry Christmas which shows that the film will be releasing the next year.
Both the actors Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi took to their Instagram accounts and revealed the poster of their first film together. The poster shows two hands one of a woman and the other of a man striking their wine glasses with each other’s resulting in them getting shattered. The actress captioned it as, “We wanted to release the film this Christmas...but there is a TWIST :)
See you in cinemas soon.” She stated that the cast wished to release the film this Christmas but got halted because of a twist. This might hint upon some changes that might have happened in the storyline because of which it was not able to appear on big screens this year. Another hint could be that the movie will have an unpredictable twist that no one can expect.
The reports reveal that Merry Christmas’s date was pushed ahead as the director did not want his movie to clash with Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus which stars Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde, and Jacqueline Fernandez.
Sriram Raghavan is a famous director who has given some award-winning films like Andhadun, Badlapur, etc. Katrina Kaif was last seen in Phone Bhoot with Sidhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter. The film did not go down that well with the audience.
