In a recent interview she said that she is jelling her linguistic skills and getting better at her hindi language.
This year, Isabelle Kaif made her Bollywood debut alongside Sooraj Pancholi. Following in the footsteps of sister Katrina Kaif, the newcomer to Hindi cinema is making a lot of noise.
Isabelle is hard at work honing a number of skills that will help her enhance her art as an actress. So, in addition to attending acting classes, staying physically fit, and learning to dance, she is also studying the language. Katrina has become very fluent in Hindi over the years, and Isabelle does not want to be left behind.
Isabelle talked about her linguistic skills, she said:“I have been learning the language since a while now and I am doing good. Obviously, language is something you have to keep working on to get hang of it. I want to get my accent right too. So, at this point I would say that Hindi is something I am getting better with and hope I achieve the target soon.”
Isabelle discussed how her sister encouraged her to pursue acting as a career. “She had a huge impact on me. I used to be a dancer, but seeing her act encouraged me to expand my horizons and pursue a career in theatre. It was there that I discovered my love for acting. Even as a kid, I had the bug for being a performer. Seeing Katrina do it gave me the confidence to try it myself,” she says.
