Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Badal got furious over the knowledge-sharing agreement between Punjab and Delhi governments. Opposition parties have alleged that the Delhi Chief Minister can now summon any official or minister to Delhi and issue any order.
SAD President Sukhbir Badal said, "from today the CM of Punjab has become Arvind Kejriwal, not Bhagwant Mann. The CM of Delhi can call any officer whenever he wants, who can get it implemented by ordering. Every state has its secrets. For the first time, I am seeing that another CM is taking over a state."

He also said that since the swearing-in ceremony, Kejriwal is engaged in controlling Punjab. Kejriwal also decided posting of officers. By signing the MoU, CM Mann has approved the intervention of Delhi Government in Punjab.
