Kumar Vishwas, famous Hindi poet and former leader of the Aam Aadmi Party accused Delhi’s CM Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday. His interview has led to a political war in Punjab. Vishwas said that Kejriwal was a supporter of separatists. He claimed that Kejriwal once told him the formula to become CM. He said that one day he will become CM or PM of an independent nation (Khalistan). He had no hesitation in taking help from separatists.

However, Raghav Chadha, a member of the Aam Aadmi Party said that Vishwas statement is baseless. He tweeted on this issue, “Kumar Vishwas through the means of forged and fabricated video with the devious intent to defame and deride Sh Arvind Kejriwal has been circulating/ publising the said videos.”

During the last assembly elections, AAP had maximum chances of winning in Punjab. They had great support from NRI’s and many of them came to India to support the Kejriwal-led party. But, they lost elections at the last moment. The sole reason responsible for it, Kejriwal’s visit to the house of an old terrorist. Due to this, he faced a lot of criticism. As a result, he lost the Hindu vote bank in Punjab.

Akali Dal and BJP alliance lost elections as some BJP leaders gave a message to the public to cast their votes in favour of the Congress party in order to make AAP lose the elections. Captain Amarinder Singh was known in Punjab as a leader against terrorism. He gained maximum support from the Hindu plus Dalit community, along with Deras support in Punjab.

To regain the Hindu vote bank, Kejriwal visited a lot of temples this time before elections. He also gave tickets to leaders from the Hindu community, Kunwar Vijay Pratap from Amritsar North, Raman Bahl from Gurdaspur and many more. To show that Aam Aadmi Party is not against the Hindu community, Kejriwal on Tuesday visited Ludhiana.

On the other hand, Congress and other parties are promoting Kumar Vishwas interview video on social media platforms. BJP (Pb.) general secretary, Subhash Sharma said that Kejriwal gets funding from separatists to run his party. The statement given by Kumar Vishwas is not a new thing. It is already known to everyone, the kind of dirty politics being played by AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal.
