A major incident took place in Moga on Friday. On the fourth floor of the Deputy Commissioner's office here, mischievous miscreants hoisted the Khalistani flag today while the national flag already hoisted here was cut off by a rope. It is learned that three ASIs of Punjab Police were posted here. The incident has caused tremors in the area. The search for scoundrels has begun in haste.
