Salman Khan's latest release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, has witnessed a big jump in its box office collection on Day 2. The family entertainer, which opened to a lukewarm response on Day 1, managed to double its business on Saturday. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film earned Rs 25.75 crore on Day 2, making its total collection Rs 41.56 crore. The film is expected to cross the Rs 50 crore mark in its first weekend.
Directed by Farhad Samji, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is Salman Khan's first big-screen release in a leading role in four years. The film also features Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar.

Despite opening below expectations, Salman Khan fans came out in large numbers to celebrate Eid by watching the film. The Day 2 business made up for the lukewarm response on the opening day. The film is expected to continue its strong performance at the box office in the coming days.
After Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Salman Khan has several interesting projects in the pipeline. He is currently working on YRF's Tiger 3 with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi, which is expected to release later this year. Salman Khan also has Pathan X Tiger, which will bring together him and Shah Rukh Khan on the big screen.
