Union Minister Narayan Rane held a press conference in Mumbai a few days ago, stating that Disha Salian was murdered and that actor Sushant Singh Rajput was also killed as he knew the secret of her murder. Rane has made three social media posts tying Disha's death to Sachin Vajhe, a dismissed police officer currently serving a prison sentence in the Antilia case.
Nitesh Rane's allegations
- Nitesh Rane in his first tweet said, "On the night of 8th (the day of Disha Salian's death) Disha was taken from a party in a black Mercedes to her Malad home. Sachin Vajhe also has a black Mercedes which is still under investigation. Is it the same car? Vajhe was inducted into the Mumbai Police on June 9. What is its connection?"
- In the next tweet, Nitesh Rane wrote, "Malvani police station did not conduct a free and fair investigation in this case, so this case was handed over to CBI. Now they have been asked to submit a report on Disha Salian's case. Now to the same police station." The State Commission for Women has been asked to give a report. How fair is it? Who are they trying to save?"
- In another tweet, Rane wrote, "Mumbai Mayor writes to State Women's Commission and then she asks for a report from Malvani Police Station in Disha Salian case. This is a big cover-up plan and it is on behalf of the state government." Trying to tell that nothing happened on the night of 8th June. Let me be glad that they are finally digging their graves!”
Shiv Sena has complained to the Women's Commission
Narayan Rane made a shocking claim in the Disha Salian case a few days ago. In this issue, Shiv Sena leader and Mayor Kishori Pednekar have filed a complaint with the Women's Commission against Narayan Rane. While commenting on the Disha Salian issue, Rane requested action in a letter to Rupali Chakankar.
In his letter, the mayor has said, "The CBI has completed the investigation of the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case. The CBI has also completed its investigation in the Disha Salian case and with it, the report has also come out that Disha was not raped nor was she pregnant, the same has been said in her post-mortem report. His parents have also confirmed the report. Not only this, her parents have complained that even after the death of the daughter, she is being defamed. Therefore, action should be taken against those who defame Disha and put a stop to the fact that Narayan Rane is repeatedly holding press conferences alleging rape and murder.
Committed suicide by jumping from the balcony
On June 8, Disha Salian committed suicide by jumping from the 14th floor of Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai's Malvani neighborhood. Sushant Singh Rajput, a Bollywood actor, committed suicide a week later. In such an instance, it was investigated to see if there was any link between the two incidents. Disha was dating actor Rohan at the time. Following the lockdown, both were planning to marry. Since then, the Rane family has been accusing a prominent political figure of involvement.
