Just an hour before swearing-in ceremony, Punjab CMCharanjit Singh Channi had made some last-minute changes in the final list ofCabinet Ministers.

As per information, four-time MLA from Amloh, RandipSingh Nabha has been inducted into the cabinet in place of Kuljit Nagra.

The new cabinet ministers will be taking oath today at4.30pm in Chandigarh. Those taking oath include Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa, BrahmMahindra, Manpreet Singh Badal, Vijayinder Singla, Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria,Rana Gurjit Singh, Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, Razia Sultana, Sangat SinghGilzian, Pargat Singh, Raj Kumar Verka, Bharat Bhushan Aashu, Aruna Chaudhary, RandipSingh and Gurkirat Singh Kotli.

Meanwhile, five of Captain Amarinder close aides havelost their cabinet seats. The ministers who have been reportedly droppedinclude - Sunder Sham Arora, Balbir Singh Sidhu, Sadhu Singh Dharamsot, RanaGurmit Sodhi and Gurpreet Singh Kangar.

Besides, a section of Congress MLAs from Doaba regionhave opposed induction of Rana Gurjit Singh in the cabinet and demanded a Dalitleader in his place. However, if sources are to be believed, this demand ofCongress MLAs is reportedly ignored by CM Channi, and despite objections RanaGurjit will take oath as Cabinet Minister today.
