In a pursuit to get justice for Sushant Singh Rajput, people have started opting for a legal path to force the administration to implement CBI inquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput's death. After National Secretary Kisan Yuva Samiti BJP Ravi Tiwari Bihari, sent 28 pages proof to Prime Minister's Office explaining how the death of Sushant Singh Rajput was suspicious, Advocate and activist Amit Sahni sent a written complaint to Maharashtra State government.
As per reports, Sahni has sent a complaint to Maharashtra Govt. Giving information about the complaint Sahni also tagged NCP leader and Cabinet Minister for Home Affairs in the Maharashtra state government Anil Deshmukh.
Going by the written complaint, it says, "There is a plethora of material shared on different social media platforms insinuating about the foul play in the death of Mr. Sushant Singh Rajput. The materials circulated at various platforms prima-facie seems to be plausible and need a deeper investigation to verify the authenticity and unearth the news."
