The video was shared by the Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Parveen Kaswan with the caption, "Leopard vs Dogs. Somewhere in India. But such is not new. Feral dogs do corner leopards and leopards love hot-dogs when they get a chance. Via Whatsapp."

The 49-second-video that the IFS officer received via WhatsApp starts with two men running for their lives and trying to get into the truck parked next to them. After a few seconds, a leopard comes into the frame and almost catches one of the men by his foot.

The leopard then leaves his foot and runs away trying to escape the stray dogs coming towards it. The stray dogs corner the leopard but eventually get scared of it and run away.

The time stamp on the CCTV footage shows that the video is from May 14. It is the same day that a leopard was spotted resting on the empty underpass road at Mailardevpally in Hyderabad.
