In a heartbreaking development, popular singer Lisa Marie Presley on Thursday died at the age of 54. Lisa Marie Presley, who was the only daughter of rock 'n' roll legend Elvis Presley was rushed to a Los Angeles-area hospital, and after a few hours, she was declared dead. Her mother Priscilla Presley shared the tragic news on her social media and asked the fans to respect their privacy in this time of grief. As per reports, Lisa died of cardiac arrest, the same way her father Elvis Presley died. However, Elvis' prodigious drug use in his later years was also suspected as a factor. Lisa was born on February 1, 1968, to legendary rock 'n' roll singer Elvis Presley and his wife Priscilla. Lisa was nine years old when Elvis died at Graceland in 1977.

Lisa was married four times. Her first marriage โ€” when she was 20 โ€” was to the musician Danny Keough. She wed 'King of Pop' Michael Jackson, in 1994, just 20 days after her divorce from her first husband, musician Danny Keough. After divorcing Jackson, Lisa married actor Nicholas Cage, a huge fan of her father, in 2002. Cage filed for divorce four months later. Her fourth marriage was to her guitarist and music producer Michael Lockwood. Their divorce was finalized in 2021. She had four children. Her only son, Benjamin Keough, died in 2020 at age 27. Daughter Riley Keough, 33, is an actress. Her two other daughters are twins Harper and Finley Lockwood, 14.
