London: 'Masked' Khalistanis allegedly attack Indian restaurant, Video Viral

In yet another incident of major security lapse from the British Government, a group of men allegedly Khalistani elements attacked an Indian restaurant operating in London. Khalistanis attack on Indian restaurant video was shared on Twitter via TikTok footage. The attack on an Indian restaurant in London comes days after the Khalistanis attacked Indian High Commission in London and tried to pull down the Tricolour. While India lodged a strong protest and summoned the British envoy over the security lapse, people on social media slammed the UK Government for failing to provide security to the Indian consulate. As a result, India in a tit-for-tat move removed security for the British High Commission in India on Wednesday.

Coming back to the Khalistanis attack on Indian restaurant, the video was first shared a Harman Singh Kapoor owner of Rangrez: The Taste of Punjab eatery in London, it was soon shared by other users as well. However, as soon as the video went viral, Harman commented on another user account asking her to remove the video. As a result, the user who reshared the video asked it was him who made the video public and asked why is he asking to take it down? In the video, a group of masked men can be seen calling the people inside the restaurant outside and it can hear the panic individuals saying 'Call the Police'. The person who is making the video can be heard saying, "They are threatening us. They are extremists. Call Police, 999."

It is pertinent to mention here that whether the Police took any action or not is not known yet. Going by the reaction of the netizens, it is also not confirmed whether the eatery owner made the video authentically or not.

The owner Harman Singh wrote, "Delete this" In response, the user wrote,"You yourself made it public"

Another user wrote, "If they were so brave why did they come like a pack of dogs to attack a single man…"

India's Tit-for-Tat action against Britain

Indian security officials on Wednesday removed the protective barricades from in front of the British High Commissioner's residence in Delhi. The move comes a day after the Indian High Commission in London was attacked by pro-Khalistani extremists amid the ongoing crackdown on radical preacher and Waris Punjab De founder Amritpal Singh in Punjab. The tricolour was removed and replaced by the Khalistani flag by Sikhs protesting outside the Indian High Commission. An official later took down the Khalistani flag and replaced it with a massive tricolour displayed outside the building.
