Divulging the details, GM Ludhiana Roadways Navraj Batish said that The transport department has made a detailed program to facilitate the passengers for smooth and comfortable journey to IGI Airport from different districts of Punjab.
He said that the passengers could book online tickets six months before their journey besides getting manual tickets from the counters at bus stand three months before their date of travel. The passengers will travel to their destination by paying reasonable charges as compared to other private transports.
He also mentioned that daily two Volvo buses would ply to Delhi airport from Ludhiana at different times i.e. 9.00 am and 6.20 pm while the timing from IGI airport to Ludhiana Bus Stand is 10 pm and 3.10 pm. He said that Rs. 1000 would be charged as fare from Ludhiana to Delhi Airport which is way lower than the fare charged by private buses. Passengers may book their tickets online at www.punbusonline.com or directly at the counter at bus stand.
