According to the information, the victim is a resident of Ludhiana. She lives in a rented room in Patna.

On the other hand, the accused party stated that there was an argument over payment. There is nothing else apart from this. The police are currently investigating the case from every aspect.

How did the incident unfold?

As per reports, the victim in her complaint revealed that she was introduced to DJ operator Chotu. She had known Chotu for about two and a half years but had never worked together. Chotu had called her and told her that there is a program for the child's Chhathi  on July 16, in which they have to dance. They were also told that 3 dancers will have to come. The deal was made for Rs. 4,500. The dancer agreed to this. This incident happened with the victim during this program.

On the night of 16th July at 10:00 pm, Chhotu picked her up in Thar. Apart from Chhotu, there was a driver in the car. He took the three dancers to a community hall near Tulsi Mandi. There was a tent and a canopy there. The victim stated that Chhotu told them that a hall was booked in a hotel in Choti Pahadi, and the program had to be done there.

After this, he brought the three dancers to the Gajraj Hotel located in Choti Pahadi. After that, the three dancers were kept in room number 102 and told that the party was in room number 101 and everyone had to go there and dance one by one. All the dancers danced one by one.

After this, Chotu dropped two dancers to their homes, and the dancer from Ludhiana was stopped by saying that the party liked her dance and they wanted to see her dance once more. For this, she will be paid separately.

After this, the victim again went to room number 101 and started dancing. Meanwhile, Chotu and 5 to 6 people present there started drinking alcohol and tried to forcefully make the victim drink alcohol too. The victim alleged that when she refused to drink alcohol, all of them started beating and abusing her.

"They slammed me on the bed and shut my mouth. 6 people raped me one by one. During this, the hotel manager came to the room with two-three people and told Chotu to close the door properly from inside. Everyone was calling the manager Chandan. The incident happened between 3 and 4 o'clock on Tuesday night. After the rape, everyone fled from there," said the victim in her complaint. After this, somehow she returned to her home alone and on July 17, she came to the Bypass police station and registered a case.

The accused party says that no rape incident has taken place. The dancer was drunk. She came to dance in the program and went to sleep in the room. On this, the person who booked her said that he would not pay. After which both of them had an argument. Then after some time both of them got busy in their work. Later a false report was filed.
