Shocking news has surfaced from Ludhiana where ASI Manohar Lal ended his life by shooting himself. The incident took place on Thursday a 2 am in the morning. Possession of ASI’s body was taken by concerned police authorities.
Reportedly, ASI Manohar Lal visited Sarabha Nagar police station and shot himself in the room. Incident came to light when the rest of the police personnel saw his body lying on floor in the room in morning.
Soon after this, employees informed the same to the concerned police station. After coming to know about suicide, police personnel the spot. The body was taken into possession and sent for post-mortem by local police. Till June, he was posted in Malkhana of Sarabha Nagar police station and at present, he was posted in the Police Lines.
Reacting to this incident, Police Commissioner Kaustubh Sharma said that for time being investigation has revealed that ASI Manohar Lal was going through anxiety and depression disorder. As per police’s statement the post-mortem of body will be done and handed over to the relatives.
