Maharashtra SHRC gives clean chit to Cooper hospital and Mumbai Police over Rhea Chakraborty's mortuary visit, BJP responds

The verdict becomes unusual as eyewitness Surjeet Rathore had informed the media clearly that the Cooper hospital gave permission to Rhea Chakraborty and him to enter the mortuary where Sushant's body was kept.

Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission on Wednesday announced its order over Rhea Chakraborty's visit to mortuary. Commission says that there was no breach on the part of Cooper hospital or the police. Commission had looked into the matter based on media reports.

The verdict becomes unusual as eyewitness Surjeet Rathore had informed the media clearly that the Cooper hospital gave permission to Rhea Chakraborty and him to enter the mortuary where Sushant's body was kept. 

Taking suo moto cognizance of actress Rhea Chakraborty's 'visit' to the morgue where the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's body was kept, the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has slapped a notice to the Mumbai Police, BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and even Cooper hospital demanding an explanation.

However, now the SHRC not only given clean chit to the Cooper Hospital but also to the Mumbai Police and said that it had looked into the matter based on media reports.

Interestingly, the Maharashtra SHRC comes under the Maharashtra State government which are in controversy for covering up Sushant's case.
