Malaika Arora thanked media for giving the respect and dignity as the couple recently opened up about their relationship publicly. They said that the only reason they could open up and announce their relationship is because the media had paid ‘respect’ and ‘honestly’ portrayed their relationship.
Women in film industry were supposed to remain as an object of desire since ages now. The actors would not want to effect their fan following and appear single to maintain their fame. For most marriage is like a retirement plan or not a secret hidden seek game. Gradually this has become the thing of 70’s and 80’s. Famous actors like Deepika and Anushka are the most established Indian actresses and their marriage did not really affect their popularity.

Where as in 2007, when global beauty Aishwarya Rai got married to Abhishek the age gap between the couple became the centre for criticism.
Arora has taught Indian women that when things going tough in life instead of putting a happy fake face there is nothing wrong in rediscovering yourself and moving on. A 45 years is as good as any to find love, and to look like a million bucks, and to be fit and in charge of life.
