Kolkata:  West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday congratulated Team India for yet another win in the cricket world cup.

"Congratulations to Team India for yet another win in the @cricketworldcup The Men in Blue are the only ones to have not lost so far. Keep winning," Ms. Banerjee posted on her Twitter account.

India managed to maintain their unbeaten run at the ongoing World Cup 2019 when they beat West Indies by a huge margin of 125 runs in Manchester on Thursday.
Captain Virat Kohli himself was the star of the show for his side with the willow, playing a fluent 72 before planting a tame pull into the hands of short mid-wicket. He laid the foundations for India's 268 for seven after electing to bat first.

The Indian bowlers, led by paceman Mohammed Shami (4/16), then dismissed West Indies for 143 in 34.2 overs to end the West Indies' hopes of progressing.

Kohli became the first Indian captain to win his first five matches in a World Cup after.  India thumped West Indies by 125 runs to move a step closer to the semi-final spot.
