A terrifying yet mesmerizing video has resurfaced on social media in which a man on a large ship allegedly shot two mermaids swimming and trying to hypnotize him to 'jump into the sea'. While mermaids are well-known fictional creatures mostly shown in Disney Cartoons and movies, Johnny Depp's movie Pirates of the Caribbean: Fountain of Youth showcased the dangerous side of Mermaids. However, it is never established that mermaids are real. Now, the viral Mermaid video has indeed raised many eyebrows around the world as the video was shared on TikTok first by none other than Ryun Coleman, a musician who was at sea when, in the pitch-black night, he came out of his boat and captured something lingering on both sides of his boat.
In the viral mermaid video, two creatures resembling mystical creatures are trailing the boat. The two creatures, which the man claims were mermaids or sirens, depending on the myth you believe in, allegedly trailed his ship, and afterward, he claimed, they even called out to him in their shrill yet resounding voice. On camera, the trail resembles how a long fish would leave behind a streak of water, much like what an eel would look like if it sprinted in water. As for the calls the man heard, the voices were clearly captured on his phone’s camera. They were loud echoes that seemed to be the cries of a mermaid. The interesting part of the video is one of the loud echoes can be heard saying, "Jump inside for me".
