Starting the Endgame press tour with India, Joe Russo interacted with media in Mumbai. He was here for the launch of marvel anthem composed by the academy award winner AR Rahman for the Indian fans.
Russo said “I have goose bumps every time I watch this anthem. The song is in Hindi but goes so well with the emotions in the film. The song embodies the film spirit.”
Dodging questions on the plot of the movie Joe revealed that even Mark Ruffalo (The Hulk) and Tom Holland (Spiderman) was not given the full script due to their indiscreet nature. Ruffalo once gave out ending of the film during an interview, and has accidentally streamed Marvel Thor: Ragnarok live. Holland is known for slip-ups while giving interviews.
Russo also discussed about their struggle and hard work behind making this film, as the plot jumps to post ten year after the infinity war. He said, “It was very difficult. There a lot of focus on a lot of characters, and has incredible amount of stories, 11 years of narrative culminating in one movie.”
Remembering Stan Lee, he said that he would never be at this position without him and it was the last cameo done by him in the Endgame.
