Refusing United States President Donald Trump's offer to help in resolving the Kashmir issue, India again cleared its stand on Thursday that there is no role for any third party in the matter. The Indian government, in its statement, also said that onus remains on Pakistan to create conducive conditions so that the talks between the two countries could take place.

US President on Wednesday repeated his offer to "help" resolve the dispute between India and Pakistan over the Kashmir issue and said the United States was watching the developments between the two neighbours over Kashmir "very closely".
