During the much-awaited reunion of royal family members with Prince Harry was riding solo. It has been more than a year since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle bid farewell to their royal duties and also after their controversial interview with Oprah Winfrey, it was Harry’s first meeting after that.
The Duke of Sussex attended his grandfather’s funeral which took place at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle on 17 April. Meghan Markle was unable to attend the funeral ceremony as per the advice of her doctor that she should not travel owing to her pregnancy condition.
However, it was reported that the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle had sent a personalized flower wreath and a handwritten note which was laid at the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral. A close source from the royal family shared, “Meghan spoke with Harry before his grandfather’s funeral. That’s not all! The Duchess of Sussex also spoke to Queen Elizabeth before the funeral ceremony”. Even the little Archie who will be turning one next month spoke to his great grandmother.
As for Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex was not ready to leave his pregnant wife and little son alone in their Montecito house. But, upon Meghan’s compelling Harry decided to visit the UK.

On the another side as it was reported earlier that Harry had delayed his plans of leaving the UK for the Queen’s 95th birthday he actually flew back on that day to stay by his wife’s side as the couple is all set to welcome their second child which will be a baby girl in the summertime.
