Mewaram Jain leaked video came at a time when the former Congress MLA is facing legal trouble along with 9 others in a POCSO act. On Saturday, Mewaram Jain viral video shocked entire India after the former Congress MLA was allegedly seen having a physical relationship. Notably, a total of two videos of Mewaram Jain have been leaked. Notably, Barmer MLA Mevaram Jain leaked video emphasizing the claims and accusations made by a woman saying that there are two obscene videos in the FIR.
In the viral Barmer MLA Mevaram Jain leaked video, the woman was seen deliberately placing th camera in her wardrobe in order to film the Congress leader in the act. Mevaram Jain video leaked incident showcased the victim was trying to collect the evidence against him in the POCSO act.
Those who are not aware, a woman had registered a case at Rajiv Nagar police station in Jodhpur about 15 days ago. She had alleged that Mevaram Jain and his associate Ramswaroop Acharya had raped her and had indecent acts with her 15-year-old minor daughter. After the woman's complaint, the victim's medical examination was done and her statement was recorded. At the same time, Mevaram Jain had taken refuge in the court in this matter. After this, the High Court gave relief and stayed his arrest till January 25. Instructions were also given to cooperate in the investigation.
Mevaram Jain leaked videos came to the fore on Friday from an unknown source. One Mevaram Jain video is 6 minutes long and the other of 53 seconds.
As per the woman's complaint quoted by a portal, the victim had mentioned two obscene videos in the FIR. According to the report, the former MLA had also made a video while having sex. "When Mevaram Jain and Ram Swaroop got enough of raping me, they asked me to bring other 15-16-year-old girls," the woman said in her FIR adding, "Then a video was made of both of us pressurizing us to have sex. After entering my house, Mevaram Jain also raped my friend and then made a video. Both these videos are in a pen drive."
