Arrestsof suspects:
The police had arrested a Virginia man trying to enterthe restricted area. He had a loaded gun and ammunition, if reports are to bebelieved. Wesley Allen Beeler was stopped by US Capitol police when he haddriven up to a security check post of E Street and North Capitol street, nearcapitol building at around 6:30 PM on Friday.
The arrest of Beeler at a time when the January 6 USCapitol attack made headlines and Biden is about to ascend as the President ofUnited States of America on January 20, has cautioned everyone.
Similarly, a 22 year old man has also been arrestedbefore the inauguration in Virginia. Guy Berry was carrying a handgun, threehigh-capacity magazines, and 37 rounds of ammunition near the US Capitol onSunday.
It becomes the third arrest after security forces inWashington are on high alert. The city around the National mall and Capitolcomplex will be guarded by around 25,000 National Guard troops.
Meanwhile, Facebook has banned advertising related to gunaccessories and tactical gear until January 22.
Anticipationof violence:
The forces are on high alert because the FBI has warnedof anticipated violence in the country ahead of the inauguration day. The cityis locked down to prevent any chaos arising out of Trumps's exit and Biden'sentry as the President of America.
