Dharamsala: Prime Minister arrived in Dharamsala to address the Jan Aabhar rally to mark one year of the Himachal Pradesh government.
The PM was welcomed by the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur along with former CM Prem Kumar Dhumal, MP Shanta Kumar and Union Health Minister JP Nadda.
The rally is being held at the Police grounds with around 30,000 BJP workers attending the rally.
Though, there was an inconvenience caused to the locals due to massive security arrangements.
