Monsoon's entry into Punjab via Himachal; Orange alert in many cities after heavy rainfall

With the monsoon approaching, the weather has started changing in Punjab.

The monsoon, which is already headed towards Himachal Pradesh, could arrive in Punjab by the evening or night of June 30. The weather has begun to change in Punjab as the monsoon approaches. Some cities have experienced rain. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert after the forecast of heavy rains in many parts of Punjab. As the monsoon gets closer, the minimum temperature has fallen.

According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon is sluggish in Central India, but the monsoon moving from the North-East side can reach Punjab-Haryana on June 30. In North India, the weather has begun to change as a result of monsoon winds.

The maximum temperature for the day is predicted to fall between 30 and 35 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature in Punjab has been hovering around 42 degrees for the past few days. The intense heat and humidity bothered people.

The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert regarding rain in all of North India with the arrival of monsoon. Under these conditions, there is a chance for rain in some areas and heavy rain in others. Another possibility is a dust storm. This warning has only been issued so far for June 30. Beginning on July 1, Punjab's weather will return to normal.
