Slain Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's 6.5 feet tall statue was unveiled at his native village Mansa on Sunday. Sidhu's parents broke down at the moment. His father said that it's unfortunate to see him in stone at 28. The statue was made by sculptor Iqbal Gill from Manuka. It took him 25 days to complete the statue.

The statue was carried to the installation point on his favorite tractor 5911 and it was unveiled by his parents.

Sidhu's father Balkaur Singh has raised big questions regarding the security of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Without taking his name, he said that when he goes to the hearing, there are 200 policemen and bulletproof vehicles. Wouldn't that cost? Why doesn't he go to court like a common prisoner? My son Sidhu used to pay 2 crore tax for the year. Everyone saw what happened to him.

If a man is clearly saying that I have killed Sidhu, why is he being given protection? Sinners take advantage of the law and ask for human rights. Then where did my son's human rights go?  The shooters didn't even know who they were killing. Justice is not only about catching the shooters. Justice will remain incomplete till the people sitting in the country and abroad do not get any punishment.

Recently in a video, Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar made serious allegations against the late singer.

Speaking about it, Moosewala's mother Charan Kaur said that whatever they are saying has become difficult for us to bear. She said that you can go to PGI hospital and ask how many patients her son has saved. She further said that her son was a lion and we are proud of him.
