The movie-like heist was carried out in a milk-dairy based in Beas region of Amritsar. The two robbers came in riding a bike, entered the dairy and started creating nuisance there. The lady shop-owner was sitting behind the cash counter, started to protest against the ill-will act but the robbers opened fire, the lady got injured. Meanwhile, one of the robbers looted cash worth Rs 45,000 and fled away.
The entire incident got captured in the CCTV camera installed in the dairy. On knowing the crime, DSP Beas reached on the spot and commenced the investigation into it. It has been said by the DSP that police are looking keenly into the CCTV footage and the culprits will be identified soon.
